Okay I have kinda screwed up the first 10 days of my cleanse. I m still trying though. I just feel all these little mess ups are going to effect my results. I m thinking stress may have something to do with it. The cold and not feeling perfect. I m still trying and will still post my results. I've gotta keep going no matter what. Maybe I can turn it on in the Max phase.
Keep on trying :)
Going to try to do a last chance workout today and tomorrow run a 3/3.
