Advocare 24 Day Challenge Results!
I am pretty happy with my results and will continue with the advocare products to get more results! Day 24 I lost a total of 7 pounds! In a little over three weeks I think that is a good amount! I lost a total of 11 inches roughly. It s really hard to measure yourself I noticed!! I will keep everyone posted!

Wow
Wow I have really fallen behind on my DAK s! I will say I think I have in general remember to smile at people more and ask how they are doing? I have stayed cheery or cheerier than usual. I may try to bring baked goods to the fire station some time next week. I will try to think of some things I can do over the weekend! Tomorrow I think I will take dog treats to a shelter.

I cheated
Well I had to have sweets and a tiny amount of Liam's fast food dinner. I don't give him FF too often but life was hectic yesterday. I did not want to go cook to have him through it on the floor for the dog.
After he went off to dream land I had a couple skinny girls! (aka 2 wines) I also had some of my banana bread and chocolate milk for desert. So I went a little crazy but it was really small amounts of everything I think!
I weighed today which on Advocare I am suppose to wait til day 24. I am down a pound and my measurements are about the same maybe a little less.
For the most part I am staying on track. I m making some mistakes with the products but I m just learning. I still feel great lots of energy and minimal aches and pains. My craving are down but sometimes like last night I have to have something or another! That's life!! Anyway tons of room for improvement but as long as I keep trying it will be all good!

I did a two for 1 yesterday I brought my neighbor a cat carrier!! If I do another small DAK I will post it! Just keeping up with it here on Li N Me Team Champs!! 363 I also today emailed a friend day care ideas.... Not really random. I want to do something else today that will mean something to somebody. Stay tuned to see if I think of something.
I think I may change it to DAK instead of RAK! As long as it's kind who cares if it's random right? Today I volunteered at the church in 1st and 2nd grade class! 362 to go!
Last week I gave someone a lift who really needed it. I spent time with family and did small things to ensure their happiness. Like let my mom have some one on one time with George because she misses him. Let Liam have some time with his grandparents and George this weekend even though I missed him. I kind of fell behind last week but tried to remain kind in everything I do. I think I am consciously smiling more and asking how others are doing instead of walking around with a frown on my face. I will try to keep up with what I do this upcoming workweek. Today I am spending time with my Mom and hopefully I can fit some small act of kindness into my day today. Ran four miles today that's taking time out for myself and being kind to me.... :))

Advocare 24 day Challenge
Hi I am Margaret and I decided to do the 24 day challenge. I started about 10 days ago. The products have amazed me. They work better than any other lifestyle/wellness change I have ever tried. My cravings are GONE! I feel better and have TONS of energy which is excellent, because I have to keep up with my toddler, my career, and my four legged kids.
I really started this in the hopes that of course I would loose weight, but I really wanted to feel better. I hate admitting this but I was tired, achey, and a bit lazy. I wanted to have the energy to do it all, but I just didn't. I managed but I did not bounce out of bed by any means. I would graze all day long, and by the end of the long day I gave up on my diet/exercise plan.
NOW I have tons of energy all day long. When I hit the pillow I am out, but no afternoon slumps or sleepy mornings. I have the energy to work, take care of my house,
take care of my son, and two dogs. I exercise at least 20 minuetes 5 days a week. It's fantastic!!
I am on day 10 of the cleanse in the 24 day challenge and I can't wait to see where it takes me. I will post pictures of day #1,#11,#14, and #24 here as well as my weight, and measurements. Follow me and together we can discover what the 24 day challenge has in store for me.
