Here s my plan......
Pack in the protien
Egg breakfast
Pnb fruit snack
Tuna and carrots lunch
Pnb fruit snack
Chicken and a green dinner
Carbs if needed must be in moderation and whole wheat or brown rice
Alcohol in moderation
Caffine in moderation
Lots o water
Plan to run 26 miles this week on treadmill
6 miles x 5 days 30 miles
These are my goals. I will post results in 10 days. Today my weight was 158.
