Keeping on going

Can t get products now.      

Here s my plan......
Pack in the protien
Egg breakfast 
Pnb fruit snack
Tuna and carrots lunch
Pnb fruit snack
Chicken and a green dinner
Carbs if needed must be in moderation and whole wheat or brown rice
Alcohol in moderation 
Caffine in moderation
Lots o water 
Plan to run 26 miles this week on treadmill 
6 miles x 5 days 30 miles 


These are my goals.   I will post results in 10 days.   Today my weight was 158.

Do the best you can this week.   Goal #12.......   Trying to get back again after falling off the past three days!!!!!!!!!   Had a pretty good day today.   Going to keep trying.  I'm not going to lie change your lifestyle is HARD.

Day 11

Wooohoooo!   I have lost 5 more pounds with the cleanse phase.   Even though I went through some ups and downs on the first 10 days I still stuck to it and got my results.  This makes it all worth it.

Okay I kinda have....

Okay I have kinda screwed up the first 10 days of my cleanse.   I m still trying though.    I just feel all these little mess ups are going to effect my results.    I m thinking stress may have something to do with it.   The cold and not feeling perfect.   I m still trying and will still post my results.    I've gotta keep going no matter what.   Maybe I can turn it on in the Max phase.

Keep on trying :)

Going to try to do a last chance workout today and tomorrow run a 3/3.

Fell off......

Oops fell off again with a little vino.   No more than 1 and 1/2 glasses though.  I will run on tread mill Friday #5.   Ran 3 last time I did this gotta step it up a notch.

Motivation/Moderation

Had to go see mom got my hair did!!!   We went out I had some libations and a little food that s not on my plan.   Having a glass of wine tonight while watching the Grammys.   I WILL run #5 tomorrow on my treadmill and get back on track for good.  Another thing that has been hard I'm not feeling well.   Trying to get over a cold and sore throat.    Hope to get back on track and bust some ass on this challenge.   It's not over yet!! :)

DAY 1 Here we go.....

Alright team we really have to focus.   All of our success depends on how hard we train and what we put into our bodies!!   Day 1 is our jumping off point to CHANGE!    So....... LI N ME TEAM CHAMPS! GO!! FIGHT!! and WIN!!!!!!
