I really started this in the hopes that of course I would loose weight, but I really wanted to feel better. I hate admitting this but I was tired, achey, and a bit lazy. I wanted to have the energy to do it all, but I just didn't. I managed but I did not bounce out of bed by any means. I would graze all day long, and by the end of the long day I gave up on my diet/exercise plan.
NOW I have tons of energy all day long. When I hit the pillow I am out, but no afternoon slumps or sleepy mornings. I have the energy to work, take care of my house,

take care of my son, and two dogs. I exercise at least 20 minuetes 5 days a week. It's fantastic!!
I am on day 10 of the cleanse in the 24 day challenge and I can't wait to see where it takes me. I will post pictures of day #1,#11,#14, and #24 here as well as my weight, and measurements. Follow me and together we can discover what the 24 day challenge has in store for me.
